Hello TT Faculty members,

I’d like to provide you with an update on the status of the negotiations for a successor to our 2015 contract.  Since our last update, the parties have met twice: August 29th and September 5th.  I regret to inform you that very little progress on salaries and benefits was made at either of those meetings and I fear that it is increasingly likely that we will end up in fact-finding as we did in the 2015 negotiations.  The parties will meet again on September 19th.

Hello TT Faculty members,

I’d like to provide you with a brief update on the status of the negotiations for a successor to our 2015 contract.  The administration provided its initial proposals for Article XII (Salary) and Article XIII (Medical Benefits) on August 9th.

Hello TT Faculty members,

I’d like to provide you with a brief update on the status of the negotiations for a successor to our 2015 contract.  Things are continuing to proceed more slowly than we would prefer.  Since my last update, the parties have met just twice: on July 19th and July 25th.  Sessions previously scheduled on July 27th and July 31st were cancelled at the administration’s request.  The parties are scheduled to meet next on August 9th and August 14th.

Hello TT Faculty members,

I’d like to provide you with a brief update on the status of the negotiations for a successor to our 2015 contract.  Things are proceeding a bit slower than we would prefer.  To date, the parties have met just three times: on May 31st to establish the Ground Rules, on June 11th to exchange the parties’ respective lists of articles to open in this round of negotiations, and on July 2nd to exchange proposals on several articles.  A previously scheduled session on June 27th was cancelled by the administration team.  The parties are scheduled to meet next on July 19th.

The Tenure Track Unit 2018 Negotiations are underway and the parties met on May 31st to discuss the ground rules and again on June 11th to exchange a list of articles to be opened. AAUP-KSU is represented by Chief Negotiator Deborah Smith, Jean Engohang-Ndong, Christopher Fenk, Lee Fox-Cardamone, Theresa Walton-Fisette, Cynthia Krisoff, Gina Zavota, and Coleen Taylor. Article proposals will be available for review on the website by accessing the Tenure Track Unit Negotiations link.
